Analisis Faktor Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi PeduliLindungi pada Wilayah Jabodetabek Menggunakan Model DeLone and McLean

Abstract

PeduliLindungi merupakan aplikasi resmi yang diciptakan untuk membantu menanggulangi COVID-19 dalam melakukan Contact Tracing secara digital bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Di dalam Aplikasi PeduliLindungi terdapat layanan untuk melakukan vaksinasi, scan QR untuk melakukan Check-in/out dan penyimpanan sertifikat vaksinasi. Kedepannya, Aplikasi PeduliLindungi diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah aplikasi Citizen Health App yang dapat mengintegrasikan layanan kesehatan dan dokumen kesehatan warga negara Indonesia. Namun, aplikasi PeduliLindungi masih memiliki rating aplikasi yang rendah dan terdapat review pengguna terkait masalah yang dihadapi di dalam Aplikasi. Aplikasi PeduliLindungi terus mengembangkan kualitas Aplikasi PeduliLindungi hingga pada versi terbaru pada saat penelitian ini dilaksankan. Oleh sebab itu studi ini akan memberikan sudut pandang dari evaluasi yang menggabungkan Information System Success Model buatan DeLone & McLean yang telah diperbarui beserta variabel yang diteliti yaitu Ease of Use, Responsiveness, dan Security. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dari Aplikasi PeduliLindungi secara signifikan dan kualitas aplikasi secara keseluruhan. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pemeriksaan hubungan antar variabel dan memanfaatkan kuesioner berbentuk skala Likert yang akan dibagikan pada responden yang berdomisili di daerah Jabodetabek. Di dalam penelitian ini, digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis hipotesis dengan metode analisis data partial least square (PLS). Setelah penyebaran survey kuesioner diadakan, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa setiap indikator yang dianalisa memiliki pengaruh positif yang siginifikan terhadap Satisfaction (p-value < 0.05). Temuan penelitian ini akan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang PeduliLindungi dan dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan Aplikasi PeduliLindungi dapat terus berkembang untuk mengembangkan sistem Healthcare di Indonesia yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat secara efektif, professional dan menyeluruh.
